4 ways to lose weight with minimal effort!

According to a video published by Tech Insider, diet is more important for losing weight than exercise. You may not have to spend hours in the gym, if you maintain a balanced diet. It is easier and time saving to skip a candy bar than it is to burn 200+ calories in the gym!

To lose weight, follow the steps:

1. Check nutrition label (when buying from a store) to see which food contains how much sugar, fat etc. Buy products carefully; avoid sugary drinks- soda, ice tea, and juices.

2. Try intermittent fasting. Intermittent fasters do not eat for 14 to 36 hours! The purpose is to put cells under stress, resulting in a similar effect how exercise put stress on your cells.

3. Please, get enough sleep! Research shows that when you tired, you feel like having junk food.
